I Am Michael Kell

Hello!

My name is Michael Kell. I am a 27 year old, self taught Web Designer from St. Louis, MO. My story with creating my agency, Kell Marketing, starts back in 2014. I was a young 20 year old entrepreneur and just launched my first company selling my branded clothing online. I paid a web designer to build my eCommerce site, but after a few short months of being ‘live’ my website started having major issues. I tried getting in touch with my web designer for help, but after numerous unanswered calls, texts and emails I knew I was stranded. At that point, it was either sink or swim and sinking wasn’t an option. So, I spent the next week troubleshooting my own website and fixed the issue that caused my website to crash. For the next few years I managed my own WordPress website along with helping other small business’s with the same service.

My Vision

When my website crashed and I could not get in touch with my web designer, I was overtaken with fear. I was clueless when it came to ‘technical stuff’ like websites, and thought my website was done for good. I understand, first-hand, the need for a reliable, trustworthy web designer. My number one goal is to guarantee superior services AND support to all my clients no matter how big or small. 24/7, 365.

I also kick a$$ at what I do. I have a vision for design work, and understand how to structure a website to optimize the website’s function/ call to action. Not to mention, my degree in Digital Marketing is helpful.
